Fit-Proof

No custom size hits the loom until the client tapes the outline and uploads four photographs — corners, doorway, furniture legs on tape. Waiver if refused.

Hydrophobic fibres

Sisal, wool and silk receive hydrophobic immersion before tufting. Stain behaviour is engineered, not hoped for.

240 cm+ rugs travel in standard courier cartons. Split-lines sit inside carved borders. Industrial hook-and-loop underlay. No freight rolls.

Dual-stabilised scrim

High-tensile cotton, flexible latex, heavy dual-stabilised cotton scrim. Uniform cure so sisal and wool do not warp against each other.

Bayswater compound

0.01 g scale. 50–70% fragrance oil, 20–30% essential oil, 10% top, 5–15% IPM. 48–72 hour maceration. Cold-air nebulisation only.
